Cozy, atmospheric and welcoming. The service was amazing and the staff are attentive and welcoming, the puffs were absolutely delicious with an outer crispy layer and mushy inside with the variety of chocolate sauces. All together this was an amazing experience, would definitely recommend
the workers are so kind and sweet their puffs are amazing and never fail to impress. staff is so kind and amazing, they gave us a free pack of 12 and were so welcoming and really went above and beyond with their customer service :,) 10/10 recommend to everyone !
What a great little shop. Heard about this place through a friend. Bought a 30-pack of puffs for my daughter's birthday, and she loved them. Came back the next day and ordered another 30-pack for her to share with her friends. They loved them a lot. Tried a few of the different flavors. Kids loved the cinnamon and sugar ones the best. It's definitely a win when the kids want more.
Went to pick up my online order today at Mr Puffs. The worker was slightly confused until he found my order pinned to the wall. "OH no. Sorry. Just give me 5 minutes!" "No worries," I said. After all, I worked customer service a long time ago and everyone deserves grace. Tell me why they surprised me with an extra 6 puffs for my daughter's birthday (and I am assuming my chill attitude ). Thank you Mr puffs. They were absolutely delicious! Shop local. Shop canadian.
Such a cute new alternative spot for dessert. Caught it on opening day and got a free 6 pack of the cinnamon sugar. The puffs are delicious, made fresh and decently priced! The cookies and cream option were recommended by the staff and did not disappoint. The staff were really friend too
Been wanting to try these out for a little while now and I wasn't disappointed at all! Super kind employees and fast service! There are so many flavors to choose from it can be hard to decide but either way you're getting something super delicious! We bought 2 (12 pks) so we can have 4 different flavors! All of them were great but i wasn't the biggest fan of the "WowButter", but that's just a personal preference. I'd love to come back and try them again!
The place is really nice the decor is really interesting clean and organized and well maintained the service was awesome they are treating everyone like family the Puffs were really awesome and crunchy but on the other hand they were bad because they gave me stomach burn because the Puffs were really oily like I can taste the oil coming out of them evry single puff I eat little bit of oil will come out in my mouth and the chocolate is not that tasty because it's not Nutella The pricing is little bit expensive like 10 for 8 small puffs of dough!!! after all Keep it up guys good job
Great addition to the city. I've been here a couple of times already and still need to make a few more trips back to finish off the rest of the menu. Love all the different toppings and cold brew to wash it down. There is a bit of a wait for your order usually because of the lineups, but the team does a great job to make it as quick as possible.
